is my workout sufficient ?

is my workout sufficient ?
i’m a 20 year old guy..
5″9 164 lbs (73kgs)
i’m working out since 4 months now..
n this is my latest schedule since 3 weeks..

Monday – chest, triceps, forearms and 20 mins cardio (treadmill n cycling)
Tuesday – back, shoulder, bisceps and 20 mins cardio
Wednesday – legs, abs and 20 mins cardio

Thursday – chest, triceps, forearms and 20 mins cardio (treadmill n cycling)
Friday – back, shoulder, bisceps and 20 mins cardio
Saturday – legs, abs and 20 mins cardio

i do 4 sets of 15,12,10,8 with increasing weights..

my DAILY diet is
fruits and veggies
1.2 lbs boiled chicken
10-12 boiled egg whites
4 liters of water
and 40 gms of protein supplements (ISOPURE Zero Carb right after workout)

so i wanna knw if my workout is sufficient enough?
and how do i basically reduce fat from my target areas which are ABDOMEN and CHEST.?

The split looks good, as does your set and rep range. You don’t mention how many different exercises you do for each muscle group, but I if you’re doing between 12-18 sets per muscle group, you’re fine(that would be 4 sets for EACH muscle group). Diet also looks good, though make sure your fiber intake is 30 grams+ a day.
Actually, your program and diet look good! As far as targeting your abs and chest for fat reduction, you’ll have to increase your cardio for that. There is no way to spot reduce fat.
